The armor is made from durable ABS plastic. For enhanced detailing, selected elements are produced from cast resin.
All armor parts are painted with professional automotive-grade coatings matched to the appearance seen in the series. All markings and symbols are applied using paint and stencils rather than decals.
All armor attachments are durable and adjustable for a better fit. The costume uses five fastening systems: hidden plastic fastex buckles, Velcro, magnetic attachments, screw-mounted components, and metal hardware.
The helmet features a movable rangefinder (shipped separately and installed according to the instructions) with integrated red LED illumination powered by a CR2032 battery.

The chest armor is divided into multiple plates to improve mobility. Each plate attaches to the vest using Velcro.
The left chest plate features two horizontal slots covered with PETG inserts and illuminated red symbols.
The backplate is secured using shoulder straps and includes three attachment points for quick jetpack installation and removal. The shoulder armor attaches to the jacket using Velcro.

Each bracer consists of two sections.
The inner section wraps around the arm and secures with straps and fastex buckles. The outer section attaches to it using Velcro.
The right bracer features an integrated flamethrower connected to realistic metal corrugated hoses with a plastic outer covering. The opposite end of the hose attaches to the shoulder area of the vest using Velcro.

The knee armor attaches using straps with fastex buckles.
One side of each strap incorporates elastic webbing, allowing the armor to sit tighter against the leg when adjusted.
The gauntlets attach using magnets. The matching magnetic inserts are sewn directly into the gloves and hidden beneath a thin layer of leather.

The gloves and belt are made from genuine leather.
The belt includes 14 small ammo cartridges, 2 large ammo cartridges, a decorative front buckle, two functional leather pouches with snap closures, and a holster. It fastens at the back using a metal buckle.
Leather components should not be machine washed or exposed to direct sunlight or heaters. If necessary, clean them with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area.

The jetpack includes seven removable components that must be installed after unpacking. This design improves compactness, reliability, and protection during shipping.
The removable components include the rocket, antennas, and thrusters. The rocket installs into a dedicated mount and is secured using a hidden locking mechanism. The thrusters remain movable after installation.
The jetpack mounts to the backplate using three attachment points. Four additional strap slots are included for users who wish to wear the jetpack separately from the backplate or with another costume. The flight suit is made from a durable yet lightweight water-resistant fabric blend consisting of 35% cotton and 65% polyester. Hand wash or delicate cycle washing is recommended at temperatures no higher than 40°C (104°F).
The colorfast fabric maintains a deep black appearance. The cotton content improves breathability and moisture management, while the polyester increases durability and minimizes shrinkage.
The suit consists of six separate elements that fully cover the body from the neck down to the boots.
Velcro panels are integrated throughout the suit for attaching both armor components and soft costume elements. Additional padded decorative sections are sewn into the suit to recreate the appearance seen in the series.
