Here’s a quick look at what’s currently in progress across our helmet and armor projects.
Pulse Blade Pilot Armor - Titanfall 2
The first batch of armor parts has been vacuum formed and is currently undergoing post-processing. The highly detailed components that will be produced as cast parts are now in the process of refining the printed masters.
We received a new test fabric, but the color and weight were not suitable. However, we used this batch to sew a prototype vest and work through construction details.
We are also continuing to refine the attachment systems and hardware.
NCR Ranger Power Armor Helmet - Fallout
The cast helmet components have been post-processed and test-fitted. We are continuing the post-processing work on the printed helmet master.
Darth Revan Armor - Star Wars
We completed the first rough fitting of the Darth Revan costume. The torso section did not fit correctly in height, so it will be remodeled for the proper wearer height and a smaller chest circumference.
