Here’s a quick look at what’s currently in progress across our helmet and armor projects.
Pulse Blade Pilot Armor - Titanfall 2
We’ve finalized the fabric for the sewn components of the costume. Several options were tested beforehand, as we weren’t satisfied with the color and material weight. The selected fabric has now been received, and the main textile components have already been sewn and are being used for fittings. Work on the attachment and locking systems is ongoing.
Some components are already undergoing final preparation before press mold production. Progress on the plastic armor parts continues as well. The Forearm Armor has been corrected and assembled, design updates have been approved in the 3D model, and negatives for press mold production are currently being printed.
Most of the cast components (small and highly detailed parts) are already completed and are now being refined before painting. The next stage will focus on preparing components for paint, refining the press molds, and conducting new fittings with an even larger number of finished parts.
NCR Ranger Power Armor Helmet - Fallout
The final adjustments have been made to the master model, and the battle damage layout has been approved.
The outer shell has been completed, and we’ll be pouring the mold soon before producing the first helmet casting.
Darth Revan Armor - Star Wars
Scale-check models of the costume have been printed and approved. Preparation of negatives for press molds is currently in progress.
A test version of the fabric parts has been sewn, and we’ve already conducted a fitting. Color selection and sourcing of materials and hardware are the next areas of focus.
