We don't accept exchanges

We do not offer exchanges after an order has been delivered. Before production begins, you may request to change your order to another product of the same value or pay the difference for a higher-priced product.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation

We can cancel your order if:

  • You contacted us within 24 hours after ordering
  • You decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped

During the cancellation process, we are forced to withhold 8% of the order as compensation for all commissions that we have already paid upon receipt of payment.

Made-to-order or custom products can only be cancelled before production has started.

These return conditions do not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team ([email protected]) so we can review the case separately.
We may request photos, video, packaging photos, and shipping information to process the claim with the carrier.
