FAQs

Is the helmet suitable for airsoft?
Our helmets are not designed for airsoft. An airsoft helmet should have a strap or cushion system for head protection and good visibility. Our helmets are developed without considering these features.

Can I wear the helmet with glasses?
The helmet can be worn with glasses. However, it is an individual question that depends on the shape and size of the glasses, as well as the shape and size of the head. Without fitting, it cannot be said for sure whether you will be comfortable wearing our helmet with glasses.

Packaging?
We carefully package the helmet in stretch film, bubble wrap, and place it in a multi-layered cardboard box, filling any free space with kraft paper.

I want this helmet with a different paint job?
We would be happy to make a helmet for you with a custom paint job! Please go to the chat for further details.

Is it possible to make a helmet to individual measurements?
We produce helmets in fixed sizes and cannot make significant adjustments to them. Sometimes we can adjust the helmet size by 1-2 cm larger or smaller by adding or removing a layer of foam in the lining. Please go to the chat for further details.

Detail, Materials and Paintwork

Detail That Holds Up Close

Dividing the design into numerous separate parts makes it possible to reproduce its complex geometry and layered construction without visually simplifying the original image.

The complete set contains:

111 individually cast and formed plastic parts in the costume

22 plastic parts in the helmet

52 painted graphics and markings on the hard armor

27 painted symbols and markings on the helmet

More than 30 DTF graphics on the textile components

29 decorative edge contours on the sewn and textile components

Materials Selected for Each Function

Cordura is used for the main textile components that carry webbing, pouches and attached armor. Its resistance to abrasion and ability to retain shape help the equipment maintain a structured appearance during wear.

Other polyester materials are used in selected textile elements where a different balance of flexibility, thickness or structure is required.

ABS plastic is used for large formed armor plates. It retains clean geometry, provides a smooth surface for paintwork and keeps larger parts relatively lightweight.

Two-part casting plastic is used for smaller components with complex geometry and fine relief, allowing detailed shapes to be reproduced consistently.

3D printing is used during development to create master models and manufacturing tooling. The final customer costume does not contain 3D-printed armor parts.

Professional Paintwork

The armor and helmet are finished using professional automotive-grade primers, paints and protective clear coats. The coatings are applied with spray equipment by painters with experience in automotive paintwork and customization.

This process produces a clean, controlled finish without visible brush marks, paint runs, bubbles or pronounced surface texture, helping the costume remain convincing in close-up photos.

Adjustable Load-Bearing Construction

The in-game Pulse Blade Pilot design incorporates recognizable principles of real-world tactical load-bearing equipment. The costume recreates the construction logic of this equipment without claiming to be actual tactical gear.

The load-bearing system uses:

adjustable webbing

MOLLE attachment points

velcro connections

quick-release buckles

This construction allows the system to be adjusted to the wearer and helps keep the armor, pouches and attachments in their intended positions during normal movement.

The costume can be put on without assistance and allows normal walking, posing and active movement with minimal restriction.

Functional Pouches and MOLLE

All pouches are functional and can be used to carry personal items.

Two pouches contain removable simulated-round inserts. After these inserts are removed, the pouches can also be used for personal items.

The MOLLE attachment points are functional and can be used with compatible accessories.

Heat and Cooling Options

The load-bearing system contains removable padding. Its Velcro-compatible inner surface also allows compatible cooling inserts, purchased separately, to be installed underneath the external layers without changing the visible appearance of the costume.

Fit and Proportions

Adapted Through Real Fittings

We paid particular attention to adapting the Pulse Blade Pilot’s complex, layered design to a real person. Our goal was to preserve the recognizable in-game silhouette while adjusting the scale and placement of the components so that the costume would look proportionate and remain practical to wear.

During development, we conducted approximately a dozen fittings on different people and used the results to refine the overall proportions, the scale and placement of the armor and attachments, the fit of the textile components, and the way different parts are secured.

Made to Your Measurements

The textile components are made according to the measurements provided after purchase.

Adjustable webbing and attachment points allow the position of the armor and equipment to be further adjusted to the wearer, helping the complete costume retain its intended proportions.

Helmet Features

Engraved acrylic visor. The helmet uses a 3 mm thermoformed acrylic visor with honeycomb engraving. It preserves the recognizable front design while providing good visibility from inside.

Finished interior. The inside is lined with black fleece, which conceals the wiring and internal construction.

Lighting

The costume includes lighting in two areas:

RGB lighting in the helmet

LED lighting in the two back-mounted electromagnetic weapon mounts

Controls

The helmet lighting is controlled through the duoCo Strip mobile app.

Available functions include:

color selection

color gradients

brightness adjustment

music Sync

automatic on/off timing

The electromagnetic weapon mount lighting is operated using a switch built into the back-mounted system.

Power

The helmet lighting requires three AAA batteries

Alkaline batteries are recommended

The electromagnetic weapon mount lighting requires one 9V battery

Batteries are not included

* The term electromagnetic weapon mounts reproduces the name and visual design of the in-game equipment. The costume components are not magnetic.

Custom Paint

The listing shows the standard paint scheme.

Custom paintwork is available as a separate paid service:

The Sheath attaches to the right Battle Belt Suspender with Velcro.

Arm Protection

Each Shoulder armor assembly attaches to the costume through a Velcro backing.

The fabric upper-arm guard wraps around the bicep, closes onto itself with Velcro and is additionally secured with upper Velcro straps.

Each Forearm armor assembly wraps around the forearm and closes with Velcro.

External reverse-loop Velcro straps provide additional adjustment and fixation.

Each Wrist guard attaches to its fabric wristband with Velcro.

The cable bundle inserts into the armor plate on the glove and is secured with Velcro.

It then passes through the Wrist guard and attaches to the inside of the Forearm armor plate.

Drop-Leg Holster and Leg Protection

The Drop-leg holster platform attaches around the leg and to the belt with adjustable straps and quick-release buckles.

The pistol magazines and Rigid pistol holster attach to the MOLLE system on the Drop-leg holster platform.

The Thigh guards and Lower-leg guards attach to the knee-pad backing with Velcro.

They are additionally secured around the leg with adjustable straps and quick-release buckles.

The Knee pads attach to their backing with Velcro.

The Boot Covers secure around the leg with straps and quick-release buckles.
