Here’s a quick look at what’s currently in progress across our helmet and armor projects.
Pulse Blade Pilot Armor - Titanfall 2
Scale-test parts are fully printed: back plate, scabbard, magazine pouch, magazine, holster shield, and insert elements for utility pouches.
We’re preparing the tailoring brief for the fabric parts of the suit.
Eli Anderson’s Helmet - Titanfall 2
A rough 3D model is currently in progress
Darth Revan Armor - Star Wars
The suit tailoring plan has been developed, but not approved yet.
Imperial Stormtrooper Armor - Star Wars
Some parts have been remodeled.
Press-molding forms are currently being adjusted.
Posterior Armor and Hand Plates are queued for reprinting, unfortunately, we ran into technical issues with our printer.
Mandalorian Armor - Star Wars
Press molds for the updated thigh plates and bracers are now being reinforced - a strengthening band is being added inside the molds.
DP-40 Herd of the Federation Helmet - Helldivers 2
The printed helmet has been refined and is ready for silicone mold making, except for the visor.
The visor will be printed and prepared this week. We’ll also begin the mold-making process by preparing the outer shell.
Grapple Pilot Helmet - Titanfall 2
All small parts are fully printed. Next up: assembling all components and post-processing the photopolymer prints.
