Here’s a quick look at what’s currently in progress across our helmet and armor projects.
Pulse Blade Pilot Armor - Titanfall 2
We’ve completed a second test print of the arms and legs to refine sizing and proportions.
The dimensions are now approved, and we’ve moved on to printing the larger armor components and getting ready to begin the suit development process.
Imperial Stormtrooper Armor - Star Wars
We’ve reviewed the press molds and identified several areas that require adjustment.
Next week, we’re moving into additional 3D modeling, reprinting parts, and updating the molds to improve accuracy and fit.
Mandalorian Armor - Star Wars
We’re continuing the process of making this set more canon-accurate.
The thigh armor and gauntlets have been redesigned, and we’re now working on creating the press molds for these updated parts.
Sforza Helmet - ARC Raiders
The 3D model is fully completed, but it has not yet been approved.
DP-40 Herd of the Federation Helmet - Helldivers 2
The helmet has been fully 3D printed and is currently in the refinement stage.
Once surface work is finished, we’ll proceed with creating the silicone mold.
Grapple Pilot Helmet - Titanfall 2
All parts are printed, and the next step is assembly and preparation for silicone mold casting.
