Here’s a quick look at what’s currently in progress across our helmet and armor projects.
NCR Elite Riot Gear Armor - Fallout
We’re starting work on the project this week. The current focus is material selection and ordering test samples.
DP-40 Herd of the Federation Helmet - Helldivers 2
A test visor has been printed. The outer shell and silicone mold are ready.
We’ve completed the first casting, and the first cast helmet will be sent to paint.
Sforza Helmet - ARC Raiders
We’ve completed a fitting of the model on a wearer and identified proportion mismatches in the 3D model. Adjustments are currently in progress.
Pulse Blade Pilot Armor - Titanfall 2
The tailoring brief for the fabric suit is currently in progress.
To continue developing the hard armor components, we need a prototype of the fabric parts first, so the current focus is on suit development.
Imperial Stormtrooper Armor - Star Wars
The updated parts have been printed. Corrected press molds are currently in progress.
Mandalorian Armor - Star Wars
We’re post-processing the thigh and bracer masters to prepare them for mold making.
