The latest version of our Mandalorian costume has been reworked with improved construction, more accurate detailing, and a stronger focus on comfort during wear. Nearly every major element received updates, from armor parts and attachment systems to soft goods and accessories.

The armor is made from durable ABS plastic. For enhanced detailing, some elements are produced from cast resin.
All armor parts are painted with professional automotive-grade coatings in colors matching the series. To achieve the chrome-like beskar finish, a specialized paint containing fine silver and aluminum pigments is used.
All armor attachments are durable and adjustable for a better fit. The costume uses five types of fastening systems: hidden plastic buckles, next-generation industrial-strength Velcro (replacing the old standard Velcro for a much stronger hold), screw-mounted attachments (jetpack elements), and metal hardware (pouch snaps and belt buckle).
The chest armor is split into two plates to improve mobility. The central chest plate is made from cast resin for enhanced detailing. The chest armor attaches to the flak vest with Velcro and is additionally secured with two hidden plastic buckles.
The shoulder armor is attached to the vest using plastic buckles.
The right shoulder features the Mudhorn signet created with photopolymer printing for increased detailing.
The gauntlets consist of two separate parts connected with fastex for easier wearing and removal. They are secured to the arm using a specially mounted padded insert fitted to the wearer’s arm circumference, increasing comfort and reducing the chance of rotation or shifting during use. The main gauntlet structure is made from durable ABS plastic, while additional pre-installed cast resin details are used for greater accuracy and detailing.
The hand plates attach to the gloves using upgraded industrial-strength Velcro, replacing the previous magnetic attachment system for a significantly more secure hold during use.
The gloves are made from genuine leather in two different colors to accurately recreate the character’s appearance.
The ammo belt is made from genuine leather and includes 10 small cartridges, a decorative front buckle, a rear rifle support plate, a rifle attachment point, a holder for explosive charges with three charges included, one round pouch, and three non-functional pouches. Two holster support panels and the cod armor are also attached to the belt using Velcro.
The thigh armor has been redesigned with more screen-accurate proportions and shape. Made from durable ABS plastic, it attaches to the flight suit using Velcro reinforced with buckles to prevent detachment while walking. The right thigh features characteristic surface detailing and weathering created by toning the chrome finish.
The right shin armor is made from ABS plastic. It consists of three separate parts fully wrapping around the shin and is painted in a leather-like strap color. It attaches to the flight suit using Velcro.
The left shin armor features a durable ABS plastic base fully wrapped in genuine leather. This construction accurately recreates the folds and surface textures seen on the character’s costume. It attaches to the flight suit using Velcro.
The jetpack includes four removable elements that must be installed after unpacking. This design improves compactness, reliability, and protection during shipping. It mounts to the back using a dedicated mounting plate inserted into the flak vest, with the jetpack additionally secured from below using two nuts. This system eliminates the need for straps and allows the jetpack to be quickly attached or removed.
The flight suit is made from durable yet lightweight water-resistant blended fabric (35% cotton, 65% polyester). Hand wash or delicate cycle washing is recommended at temperatures no higher than 40°C (104°F).
