Here’s a quick look at what’s currently in progress across our helmet and armor projects.
Pulse Blade Pilot Armor - Titanfall 2
Press molds for the armor parts have been prepared. The cast armor components have been post-processed and received a test paint finish.
All major fabric parts of the suit have been sewn. We’re now waiting for the final production fabric before sewing all prototypes from it. Work on the Forearm Armor attachment system is also in progress.
Darth Revan Armor - Star Wars
The Chest Armor has been revised, and its final size has been approved.
Development of the 3D models for the tooling required to produce press molds for the hard armor parts is currently in progress.
Work is also underway on the pleated section of the skirt.
Grapple Pilot Helmet - Titanfall 2
The remaining components have been printed and installed. The helmet has been fully post-processed and is now ready for mold making and outer shell production.
NCR Ranger Power Armor Helmet - Fallout
The first helmet has been cast and post-processed. We’re now working on the paint finish.
