Here’s a quick look at what’s currently in progress across our helmet and armor projects.
Grapple Pilot Helmet - Titanfall 2
Assembly and post-processing of the photopolymer prints are currently in progress.
Pulse Blade Pilot Armor - Titanfall 2
Rough scale-check prints were fitted on a mannequin to verify proportions before producing the final detailed parts.
We found that for canon-accurate placement of all belt components, the minimum required waist size is 44.5 inches (113 cm).
We’re currently exploring different ways to approach this constraint moving forward.
Refinement of individual part models is also in progress.
DP-40 Herd of the Federation Helmet - Helldivers 2
The first helmet has come back from our paint department. The selected gray tone and final finish did not meet expectations, so we’re testing alternative materials this week.
A duplication mold has been taken from the formed visor.
Development of the liner and tinted inner visor is currently in progress.
Sforza Helmet - ARC Raiders
One print failed. The second print was successful, and we now have a correctly scaled helmet model.
Imperial Stormtrooper Armor - Star Wars
Press mold development is in progress.
Mandalorian Armor - Star Wars
The thigh plate and bracer press molds have been fully post-processed, including cutting air vents.
The first press forming has already been completed.
