Nice suit but Terrible customer service

I ordered the full suit last summer and I know it was preorder so taking awhile before it was completed. It arrived thisApril in separate boxes and there was 2 missing parts. I requested for them to be replaced and they offer a discount on their products and try to get me to order MORE so that they could put the missing parts in AFTER spending such a large amount on the suit.

Several no responses they confirm my mailing address April 18th and then nothing with confirmations or anything. 5 weeks later I reach out again and they have some excuse about orders from May even when as a customer who has supported them and they can’t even handle the situation the way it should be handled.

Buyers beware and prepare to be pushed back if they fail their quality control. The parts were not even things that they have to build or paint. They were missing buckles to be able to connect the armor together
