Unfortunately, some services may not be so reliable, sometimes the parcel might get damaged during shipping (1-5% of cases).
The insurance covers the costs in case if you receive a broken helmet, or if the parcel is lost so that we will be able to replace the helmet for free
Be sure to take photos or videos of unpacking the helmet, where damage is visible (any chips, cracks, deformation, etc.)
We will not be able to record the insurable event without photos or videos.
In case of parcel loss, a new helmet will also be sent free of charge. A helmet is considered lost if the parcel has not been tracked for more than 1 month - according to Russian laws. So we cannot report the loss earlier than this period passes or earlier than an official confirmation of the loss of cargo appears.
The insurance cost is $5 for each helmet for the US, Canada, Europe and $5 for the rest.
